Instant relief from stress, anxiety and overwhelm with this quick and easy vagus nerve reset.


You can practice this manoeuvre seated, or stand and add a squat for an extra boost. If you can't get into a low squat a half squat will still add pressure change for a more intense fascial release.


This move is great for neck tension, extending through the shoulder and jaw. Try more slow and deep breathing if needed, in cycles of three.
