Enjoy a feeling of lightness and spinal decompression with this anti-gravity fascial manoeuvre!


This manoeuvre can be done seated, if you can't get into a full squat you can still benefit from these moves with a half squat.


Try rocking around on your ankles a little while you're in malasana (yogic squat) to release restriction in the hips. It's also a great position for positive affirmations, forgiveness and letting out stored emotions.
