Breathe out the tension in your head with this antler twist fascial manoeuvre.


It makes your face look a little weird, great to do seated at your desk to scare off colleagues 😂😂 totally worth the funny face for the release it provides.


Try squatting with this move to change the pressure in your head while torquing the skin on your temples and squeezing your head.


Move slowly and purposefully, with deep inhalation through the nose, exhale the tension out of your body through the mouth. Imagine your head inflating and deflating with the breathe.
