Mallow flowers to soothe anxiety.

Gorse flowers to lift your spirits.
Pick a large handful of mugwort, 5-10 mallow flowers, a small handful of chamomile flowers and about a tablespoon of gorse flowers.
Rinse your foraged herbs off and pat them dry.
Use the dehydrator setting on your air fryer, or the lowest setting on your oven to dry the leaves and flowers.
