Breathe in and feel the sensation of air flowing into your chest and down into your belly. Notice the cool temperature, pouring in through your nostrils.
Breathe out and notice the feeling of your body letting go of that air, ready to renew with each fresh breath in. Feel the warmth rising up and out of your chest with each exhale.
As you breathe in, welcome peace and calm into your being. While breathing out, let go of all that no longer serves.
