Service Description

A day for you to relax and come home to yourself. Including a cacao ceremony and a range of relaxing and transformational therapies. This retreat will be tailored to your needs with bespoke design following your individual intention and areas of specific interest. Choose from: A half day - 4hrs with no lunch £80 Starting with a Cacao Ceremony and Guided Meditation Deeply relaxing Reiki Healing or Past Life Regression Tea break with organic vegan home-baked treats and oracle card readings Ending with an Access Bars or Hypnotherapy treatment A full day - 8hrs with lunch break (no meal included) £150/8hrs with lunch included £155 Starting with a Cacao Ceremony and guided meditation Deeply relaxing Reiki Healing or Past Life Regression Lunch break Mindful Foraging experience or Intention, Movement and Breathwork session Tea break with organic vegan home-baked treats Access Bars or Hypnotherapy treatment Ionic foot spa with oracle card readings Times start from 10 am and can run as late as 6 pm Friday and Sunday hours can accommodate half-day retreats only. There is free on-street parking available, we do have stairs at the venue to the treatment room and kitchen. There is a friendly dog on site who is very calm once she's said hi to visitors.
